The app works, but the experience could be improved a good bit with little effort. When cycling, you can change if you want the speed, or batrery charge/estimated distance to be displayed. For that you have to click on the speed/battery charge indicator, then select the respective other option, then confirm. (Tapping three times) experience would be much significantly better, if just tapping the indicator would switch what is displayed. The current way is needlessly complex.

Does anyone at Fazua read these reviews? Or even care if they do... Sigh... Edit: Well the Bluetooth connection seems to be a bit more reliable than it was... Activity log is unreliable, total ascent recorded is completely inaccurate as well, so frustrating that I have to use Komoot as well to record accurate GPS information. Keep getting logged out and then after logging back in settings have reset back to the default ones, so frustrating!

Latest update fixed the bluetooth pairing issue I was seeing, and seems much more polished. Did a quick ride and it seemed more stable than previous version. Would like the ability to adjust the power curves and settings from the App vs having to plug in via USB, but I imagine that would take some time to get working. Please keep updating and improving this app.Also it would be nice if the developers would publish a change log for the application when it is updated. If there was a beta program for this I would also subscribe.

Seemed to work reasonable for me, to start with. Connection not the best. Early 2021 seemed to lose cadence, torque & a couple more metrics. Presume update?as tried on a newer phone latest Android system & still the same. Tried old phone again after reload & no better. Asked Fazua, no help, their advice was to run diagnostics... did that no issues found??? Give up as the other values returned are not spot on in any case.

Managed to connect to bike, can see it's status include rider and bike power. Also used the navigation software on gravel trails and seemed to work ok. Needs sign up to connect to bike and when there was no reset e-mail arrived. Managed to update the connectivity software but this crashed the bike drive software and had to take the bike to store to get it to work again. Could be good, but needs to be more robust

Will not connect to bike (Trek Domane LT+). When I tap "" in the app window and then pull down, the bike is seen as "FAZUA EVATION", followed by serial number, but when I tap on that, the app says "Pairing", and then just shows a perpetually spinning hourglass for as many minutes I let it run before killing the app. Phone is a Google Pixel 6a running Android 13.

When this App works its good, shows useful info. If it connected easily I would give 4 stars.. It loses one for data display options are not perfect and linking to other apps is not ed. The reason for 2 stars? I can connect to my bike 1 time out of 10! And even then its after going through uninstall and other frustrating steps. Shame

Thought they'd sorted their issues but unfortunately not. Maps are useless, and that is only if you can connect to Bluetooth. E motor is fantastic. But the app lets it down.
