App logs out on every new sensor now. It finds the new sensor after in again, but you lose all collected data from the last 90 days and start anew. You also have to setup alarms again. App crashes and restarts multiple times a day. While the general display of blood sugar works okay, taking notes of consumed is to slow to bother using it. Hotline cannot help.

until now, the app has been working fine with some few signal loss and all, and i was fine with that until now, but right now, i've been having the signal loss thing since around 0 o clock until now (09:05 am) and i tried everything to make it work again and still signal loss now, please fix this problem, i need to know if my sugar is going high or low!!!

Many UI elements can be improved on this app. 1. The app shows glucose level graphs upto 350 even though the graph does not reach that values 2. one can not browse the exact values of glucose in past. 3. The app starting screensplash is not skippable. it shows it every time I open it. 4. No Dark mode

It tells me lost signal despite holding the telephone in my hand. Or whilst sitting inside 2 meters from me . If I open the app to check sugar level it gives me lost signal. I then end up closing down app shutting Bluetooth on and off etc etc trying to get a response. It's bloody infuriating not to get a response immediately. Wastes toö much time..

Even though, I completely shut off all the alarms in the sensor and phone notifications. Your sensor manages to wake me in the middle of the night saying Bluetooth off when it is obviously on, and why does it alarm me when i have disabled all alarms?!. Guys, How hard is it to fix such obvious bugs. You need to hire good senior software engineers. Come on! This is touching people's lives daily!

It would be great if I could check what the exact value was at a point in time. The graph is really small and there's no way to zoom in. Even better, I'd like to be able to add a note retroactively and it should show what the value was then.

Continuously logs out and loses sensor data for everything before the current one. Graph not adjustable at all, you have to guess which times mean what since you can't zoom in!

This App is the same as what falls out of a horses behind. Nothing happens. Customer service is completely useless. FIX. YOUR. APP! People, do not get this. Get a DEXCOM. Every. New. Sensor. RESETS THE APP!!! HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO FIX THIS!!???? WHEN WAS THE LAST UPDATE???
