MG Flasher is a mobile App to tune your BMW equipped with an MG1 ECU and B46, B48 or B58 engine by OBD using ENET Wi-Fi. Flashing time on ENET is only 15 - 20 seconds! Disclaimer: For off-road use only.*Initial flash/ECU unlock with ENET Wifi will take approximately 4 - 6 minutes.

Used with an ENET cable with USBC adaptor to flash a 120i (B48) to stage 1 95RON, took about 4 minutes to unlock the ECU then another minute to flash the map. Absolutely no issues, car feels the exact same during gentle driving, a little more willing on acceleration in Eco Pro which is nice and Sport+ is absolutely transformed. Gone from about 7.0s to 60mph down to 5.5s even without a transmission tune.

Awful . When I first bought the app + tune I was told to use an ENET cable. I tried for weeks with to get the ENET cable to work but unfortunately android doesn't static IP setting (which is required). advised me to buy another OBD - USB cable ($50) and it worked! Fast forward to a couple of months ago when the app was updated and guess what?? They cancelled for the OBD - USB cable, and you can only use ENET. Which doesn't work on my Pixel. I've submitted requests but the developers haven't responded. Waste of hundreds of dollars.

No . I messaged the team almost 24 hours ago and there's nobody to get a hold of. Quick to take my money through the MG Flasher store and followed all directions on their website. Have used several other applications that perform the same task and never ran into an issue like this.. at least there was someone that I could talk to to help me fix the issue..

I use a stage 1 map and it gives a good the standard map without going crazy, although 340PS was probably enough in a hatchback.. love the burble on the fly options to adjust sound on the move and cold start delete for neighbour friendly start ups. Great tech when I needed it. Plenty of software updates too which is always encouraging. Recommended.

They don't bother replying to your emails for over 15 days. Multiple emails sent but no response. Their tune caused the car's gearbox to jerk like it will fall off the car. Flashed the car back to stock and asked them for a refund. But it's been over 3 months and there is no refund and they reply to your mails once a month.

Solid app and works well but could use some extra info in the UI. Used this to flash a new tune to a 2017 BMW 440i, and reflash various updates aftorwords. App worked perfectly. Would really live to see a battery voltage indicator too!

Initially the app would crash when it started, after a quick debug, I found that it required access to device storage but it didn't ask for the permission, after manually giving the app access to storage the app ran. so if you crash straight after trying to run the app, see if you have given it access to storage permission
