I found it very successful. I wish that when i have a ride booked, the app would open by default to My Rides. I also found that the map "pin" for the pickup location was not very accurate. I was waiting in the wrong place and had to scramble when the vehicle drove by. I would certainly use this service again.

It's not clear that the time you are inputting is your departure time. Bare minimum, that should be labeled clearer, ideally it would let you decide if you want to use your departure or arrival time. Also, the way it decides the pick up point seems to just be a radial buffer, which means it will suggest the closest pick up as the crow flies, and not which stop is actually easiest to walk to. Not friendly, especially for anyone not comfortable with tech and webmaps.

I am not sure what map system this app is based on, but it seems to not understand that the bus has to be on the correct side of the road in order to pick someone up. It will give an eta of 1 minute when the bus has to circle an entire block to be facing the correct way. It also prioritizes drop offs in a very strange way, and I have had multiple bus drivers offer to ignore the app directions in order to get me to my stop in a reasonable amount of time. App definitely needs improvement...

Love this app and city program. Easy to use. Great for getting to spots on the city that take forever by regular bus routes. Drivers have been amazing. App gives you a window of time to be ready then a warning text when your ride is on the way so you can get to the stop in time. ETA shows on the screen and you can see where the bus is on the map so you can time your arrival at the stop with when the bus will arrive, plus the app shows a time for how long the bus will wait at the stop.

I have always been picked up and dropped off within the times given usually I am at my destination before the time they give for a drop off time .The drires are all very helpful and respectful have never had a bad experience in the time I have used the mobility bus. Although at times they get bussy they try there best to accomodate every one.

Awesome Service on time!! Great drivers! They care about their engers and get us where we need safely, the app is awesome and such a great tool especially if you need to book past working hours. The Dispatcher's in the office are fantastic and are so good at sortng things out .. lovely and blessed.
