Looks nice, customization doesn't work. I want the dates to show up in US format, but there doesn't appear to be an option for it. Tried to change from metric to imperial, didn't keep the setting. The rest looks great, but it isn't useful to this US without those two things.

Great app. I really like how I'm able to log my care. It's simple and easy to use. It would be amazing to be able to export via pdf or be able to email a summary to a . I track my fitness stats but the fitness app I use doesn't yet allow me to track blood pressure, temperature, any tests undertaken so this app brings it all together for me. Great features. I'd happily pay for this app. Highly recommend

The app looks good, and is quite well layed out. I'm gradually trying to add my medical history which the app shows in a structured way. Unfortunately, under documents the attach file button doesn't work, and you can't enter your own Dr/GPs, specialists, nurse etc. So the last part that would make this a great app is failing hence only three stars.

Good App but would be better if it integrated with Diabetes:M from the same developer. Medrec:M has the flexibility that Diabetes:M lacks for a full medical overview but this App (Medrec:M) lacks the integrations... at least for the Android version. Vaccination section doesn't have any of the COVID vaccines. Major oversight! Limited country .
