I have used this app several times. a little pricey, but all massages have been good. you can set preferred therapist, but in case they aren't available it will send out to everyone after a certain timeframe. They have hip options, but you have control of g up. There is a pay as you go option or an annual. You can also just book single massages. your credits rollober too.

Terrible pricey massages and distinctional app with many errors, inconsistent and while you wait the massous could cancel only to find out they changed their minds. I had a gift card and while I used three massages or two there was one left. The prices went up so the total including the 18% tip and the tax was over $150 and I was short $3 but my credit card wouldn't go through and I wasn't able to add one and I kept asking customer service if they could add a $5 gift but nothing

SCAMMERS!! They automatically charge you for a hip as soon as you make your first appointment. And I was charged as soon as I clicked "make appointment" only for them to text saying no one was available and STILL CHARGED ME! And they make you jump through hoops just to delete the hip/. Would NOT recommend!

They force you to give a 20% tip and to do it before your service .. at that point, it's not a tip. What if the therapist comes late or gives a mediocre massage? I understand most service professions like massage, waiting, delivery, etc think giving them a tip is a requirement owed to them and not something you are giving to them out of charity when they go above and beyond, but at least let me decide the amount.

Everything was good until I paused my hip. Be careful when you when you pause payments suddenly you are treated differently. I used the zeel app and it wasnt difficult finding therapists to give me a massage. Now since I paused my payments my priority therapists don't respond which has never been an issue prior to me pausing payments. And now the new therapists cancel at the very last minute which is bizarre considering this wasnt the case before. Now I just want to cancel my hip.

Not a fan of this app at all, and won't be using it again. There's no way to directly rebook your preferred masseuse, and customer service is a joke. Most of the times, they can't match you with a therapist at all. Furthermore, many of their therapists are so afraid of the human body, they wrap you in sheets, like a mummy, til only your upper shoulders and bottom legs are exposed. Understand appropriacy, but it matter of over-correction. Glutes are muscle for those of us who workout.
