App logs me put frequently and now after update and despite trying a pin reset, I still can't to the app

Works and has all needed info, not sure what happened in the past but the app is functional, easy to use and I can find and reserve books as if it was the website but it's a little easier to navigate. I had no trouble logging in with the correct credentials. Scan barcode is for your library card presumably, I assume so you don't have to type in your number, didn't work in low light conditions for me so try somewhere well lit. Wanted to do an up-to-date review as this app does work and is useful.

Can be a bit slow at times but overall works. I've had to go into the library once or twice when the app is struggling to connect to their systems. But other than that it does a good job at reserving, renewing books and all that.

Nul points. (Ironically, I have to give at least one star to enable me to post review! 😉) App no longer works. At all. Was a great system. Switchover seems to have destroyed it. Just when you might like to browse for post lockdown books! Hope it's just a temporary glitch.

Annoying rubbish. How am I supposed to reserve a book? Where's the feature gone? Where are my current reserved items and their whereabouts? That's after countless attempts to get on the app? Who meddled with a perfectly useful functioning app? Such a shame.

Constantly telling me there are server issues and to make sure I'm connected to the internet (which I am and have no problems with any other app) so not even able to use it

App no longer recognising my details but I can still on the website. I tried to scan my card but I gave a completely different number to the one on my card.

Terrible. credentials were not accepted. Also asked me to scan a barcode. WHAT BARCODE?
