Latest update of my phone means the app has to have my purchase restored every time it starts. I then have to run through the introduction before I can complete a puzzle. The UI was already iffy. It's not a cheap subscription and it's only worth it because of the quality of the puzzles. However, if the latest issue isn't sorted soon I'll be cancelling my subscription after two years.

App is buggy, if you swap apps and come back, you get a blank screen and then have to navigate back through the menu to get the puzzle you want. The subscription is also really expensive for what it is, especially with a buggy app. I tried reaching out to the developers but just keep getting garbled responses from people trying to look for my subscription (which I didn't have because I was on the trial).

Enjoyable puzzles every day. Good streak logging. Tabbing out issue seems to have been fixed. I'd really appreciate the capability to change what puzzles appear on my "dashboard" as I hate panagram and will never do it, so would like to see the main puzzles I like to do displayed on the front screen rather than the app selected ones.

It's fixed! Or at least seems to be. I had a little trouble with my subscription not showing but logging in again fixed that. Also you can now swap to another app and it doesn't show a blank screen when you swap back. Great stuff

As others have found, the latest update does not that you have an active subscription. This can be restored, but it is very annoying to have to do this and skip the "intro" screens every time you play.

Thank you for the latest release it has made the App much easier to use. The fix to the problem where puzzles would break if you went over to another App has been a long time coming but now makes this App a 4 star with a nice easy to use interface. Thank you 😊

Good crosswords and decent features, UI is awful. Never sure where letters will appear when typed. App seems to almost randomly decide how and where you can type. Toggling settings doesn't seem to fix, either. App needs restarting if you leave puzzle part way through, even just for a second, which is mildly irritating.

I paid to access. a week later it stopped working. I've send proof to telegraph my payment went through, with email confirmation my subscription was active. generic holding responses from customer service. given up now. I only gig it for the cryptic. no decent number puzzles.
