A safe option for rides at reasonable prices. The problem is that it has difficulties finding 's location, which means you have to wait longer until the app finds you, and it won't let you choose your address manually as in other similar apps or simply write it. I haven't been able to use it lately, because it doesn't find my location and while waiting for it, it uses a lot of your data. Please fix it!

It's a nice app, useful and simple guided experience. TO IMPROVE: Sometimes I look a taxi for someone else, and route on the map is not following the car... it keeps the phone's geo points where I requested the service. Also some drivers charges more than $700 COP door-to-door service fee, and don't report on the app the real cost. They must be forced to report at least the minimum rate (51 units) or the approximate calculations given the distance/route the he followed to arrive destination.

I travel quite often for work and I used to use Uber but in Brazil I discover easy and fell in love with it. In order to serve their clients they have given the choice to pay in every possible way. The drivers are well presented and cars well maintained and that is something you one will appreciate when stuck for two hours in traffic. I hope I can use it somewhere else in the world.

The App is not currently working as expected in Android. When you request a Taxi the presented state in the UI keeps showing "searching" and never confirms your driver. However, a driver has actually accepted your trip and if you wait you'll get the proper notif and a taxi will be there for your ride. Please fix this inconsistent UI state since it's extremely confusing and you couldn't know the state of the req trip and when you arrive to your dest you can't validate how much to pay either.

The app is safe and great most of the times. But sometimes, in the peak hours, looks like the app assign a service without the authorization of the car driver, when I had called those call drivers to ask why are they moving in other direction, they said they didn't accepted the service and the app assigned it. This makes the person to lose time waiting for a car that is not going to arrive.

I would'nt recommend this app because lot of the drivers, even though you put the address in the app, they don't know where they're going they asking you for directions or end up getting lost, wasting your time -it's just an unprofessional experience. A driver I took yesterday even made me miss an important appointment by taking me to a totally different address than the one I put in the app. just an overall unprofessional experience with easytaxi and taxis in general in Medellín. I'll just stick with Uber, the Metro or other methods of transport and do everything in my power to avoid taxis - especially while in Colombia.

Why???!!! The app REFUSES to send a verification code. Which means I can't use it. I should have read the other reviews first that mention the same issue. What's the point of trying to do business if you can't get the absolute basics done correctly? Picture a fancy new restaurant... with no doors. Useless and a waste of time.

Can't use other apps until the trip is over or I have given the trip an evaluation, which is something that should be done at the end of the trip... Great initiative, but far from as friendly as it could be.
