HORRIBLE APP! it charges you 15 cents per message, and it charges PIC 15 cents to reply, BUT there is no way to add money to the PIC. in the state of Illinois, PIC can only transfer money on Commissary day. If they run out, they are done. ALSO CorrLinks has too many apps. We should only one app, and from a dashboard choose what we want to do. HORRIBLE The only good thing is it's instant.

I'm new to using this app. My first time purchasing text credits went well. The second purchase was made on 04/13/2025. The money was deducted from my bank but not added to my Corrlinks . I tried several different times to purchase credits but keeping receiving a error message. Corrlinks told me to reach out to Google play. The claim to not have any transaction for 04/13/2025. I emailed a screenshot of my transaction from my bank. Corrlinks stopped responding.

This app is completely barebones. It does not show any option or instruction as to how your incarcerated loved one can message you back. It gives no option to send them credits. It CHARGES AN EXTRA $5 TO CREDIT YOUR !!! Please use the CL desktop site to add funds and save yourself some money bc this BS is robbing people. Also you can ONLY text from the app, it doesn't allow it on the website like GTL. This app is trash.

I have corrlink . I try to put in my info. It's tell me I don't have a corrlinks text chat but doesn't give directions on how to make one. They should have stood with connectnetwork@gtl.

it don't show you how to recover your name or
