slow, frustrating and virtually impossible. Does not accept and code s as incorrect, if one tries to backspace. What should be and has been useful is now useless. Revised rating: I must credit the speed of the KLM response. It shows that they are concerned. When they can get the app issues resolved, I will change my opinion accordingly.

Horrible customer service. Never again will I fly with klm. Not enjoyable to pay for a service and not receive it. Spent 3 days trying to resolve it through whatsapp. Shown the price for light and standard. I paid for standard. Did not receive it. Shown the error with screen shots and the amount I paid, clearly showing standard was purchased. Only to be told that I'll have to purchase it again and there's nothing that can be done about it. Not interested in paying twice for a service.

not intuitive. I had issues inputting information. the calendar would not post the date I chose, it would post the previous date to the one I chose so I had to put in the incorrect date to get the date correct. I had a difficult time checking in, but finally got it. I cannot locate my ticker. it has just not been friendly for me.

Judging by most recent reviews the QC and design is pretty poor. I don't see the point of this app if it can't display a boarding and it can't email the PDF either. KLM should look at what their partner airline Delta provides. The problem goes beyond the phone app, the whole experience is bad. The app said to use a kiosk at the airport to print boarding es but no kiosk exists. So you have to go to the baggage check with everyone else checking bags when I had already checked in.

Luggage tracker is worse than useless. "Your baggage is being handled" is not nearly descriptive enough when you land in Chicago and find out from a baggage handler that your bags never made it into a flight in Paris. Either give the last scanned location (preferably an entire history) confirming it made it to a given flight or airport, or don't try at all.

Just tried booking a trip for the first time and credit card payment was declined twice. The credit card info was correct with more than enough funds available. It saved the booking reference for a short time, but no ticket was issued. While looking up how to customer service, the booking was canceled. Now have to start again with no idea if my credit cards will be accepted. Hopefully this get resolved asap and I'll update the review. Update: finally booked with KLM. Lost luggage. 1 star

for the most part it's fine but there are two UX issues, one of which makes it seem like the app is broken. the add document button isn't a button and doesn't stand out so at a glance, it looks like there's no way to add port. the other issue is that the port scanner doesn't work if you fit the text to the box. you have to pull back quite far to have the scan work. this was on an Android.

I absolutely love the KLM app! It makes traveling with the airline so much easier! The design is super clean and easy to navigate, and everything is right there at my fingertips. I can book flights, check in, select my seat, and even get a mobile boarding —all in one place. The real-time updates on flight status and gate changes are always spot on, and I never miss an important notification. It's so convenient, especially when travelling internationally.
