Horrendous app which we have no choice but to use as the school have chosen it. Although the purpose is communication, we do not receive notifications of messages or notifications and have to open the app and check it to see if anything new has appeared. Teachers assume you know things but if you happened to be busy and not look that day, you have no idea, coming across like bad parents. The homework appears haphazardly rather than in date order and remains as outstanding even when completed.

A lot to improve. Bio auth twice at launch. My Child screen title bar is greyed out at launch. Top left portrait icon is stretched. Calendar brings up timetable in a different style to the Timetable screen. Timetable and Attendance don’t show the free periods. It feels odd that clicking an in s goes back to My Child. No Announcements message is in red like an error, and in different style to the No Conversation message. No setting to toggle bio auth. And more...

Horrible app. It was working reasonable well until I just tried to access a new message. It wouldn't let me so I tried to reset my and was challenged with image captcha. Devs must have thought it would be funny to cover up what you have to identify with a drop down bow for the language. Nice one amateurs! Eventually changed , and it took several tries before the app would let me in with the new . Got in to find appalling update. Looks terrible and hard to navigate

Hard to follow notifications. since the refresh is very hard to see what the notification was about. you get a notification on the home screen, click it, , but then nothing to show you what the notification was for. you have to check every tab to see what you've missed. really inefficient

This is my first time having to write an app review, and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. The app consistently closes whenever I try to select meals for my children. This makes the ordering process incredibly difficult and time-consuming. Furthermore, the app doesn't allow adding multiple items to the basket for a single checkout. I'm forced to checkout each item individually, which is not practical at all, especially when ordering for my current two children and soon-to-be three.

something has changed and I can no longer see lessons set out for the day or my child's attendance. it is time consuming having to online to view this information. recently updated the app hoping this glitch was fixed but unfortunately, this information is still missing in the app. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, no joy

Child's school has recently switched to this from Edulink. I can only think this was down to cost as everything about this app feels cheap. The design is very basic and feels like it was made with an app kit, text on buttons is too small. Behavior reports doesn't allow positive and negative points to be viewed separately. Biggest issue is it does not do push notifications. Previous app would notify me when child's homework was added etc. This seems like a pretty simple feature to add.

Please don't put Unread Messages after Previous Messages once you come back from reading one, there are hundreds and we miss all the new ones. it also fails to get to unread announcements completely if you scroll faster.
