An absolute must use app if you're into model or miniature hobbying. From the massive list of paint brands, to being able to easily keep track of the paints I have so I don't purchase doubles, to using the color complement feature for easy comparisons, this app has been a fantastic addition to my building and painting tool kit. My only problem is that I didn't know about the app sooner

I love love love this app! It makes my life so much easier. The one thing I wish it had, is a feature where we can add older paints. I have about 50 bottles of discontinued paint that that I can't load into the app. These are paints that I've had since the 1990's. If I could add those, it would be absolutely perfect! Still, I wouldn't be without it!

Great app. Very well designed and does what it says. However, the one feature I needed is behind the paywall and I find that unfortunate but it doesn't diminish the overall quality of the app. As a new painter in the hobby I need help figuring out which shades from smaller manufacturers match the shades from the one BIG miniature paint company so I can use their painting guides still but use another paint brand entirely because I'm not skilled enough at matching color shades

use to be able too use the search engine, and it would show either swatch view or list view (it only does list view now). also search engine when typing for instance 'contrast' will only show contrast medium and not all the contrast paints. its tge same if you type in xpress or speedpaint etc

This app is the most handy app I have on my phone. Knowing exactly what paints I do and don't have at my fingertips is simply awesome! It will save me more than I paid for the full app many times over by stopping over purchasing supplies. I thought I was having an issue with the app, I did. It's called I'm dumb. I just wasn't paying attention. Anyhow, I went to the screen and put in my issue and was ed by dev almost immediately on a Saturday no less. What else can you ask for!

I paint miniatures professionally and this app has been INCREDIBLY useful for color matching across paint ranges. Love it. ***However, it really needs a lighter/darker function to find highlights and shades of colors -- something simple like +-25% lighter and darker. I would pay for the app again if they add that function.

The best colour/painting app out there. PaintRack allows you to scan colours from pictures; to use your camera to grab colours; the colour tools that show you all matching, complementary, analogous and triad colours; the ability to barcode scan and add paints to your library; your library itself, and the ability to use by all the above tools while sorting by paint manufacture, type of paint (contrast, base, etc), or by paints in your library; all these things together make this app a must have.

So far, it's awesome, except, on my Galaxy A12, the app will only open if I go into the appstore and click "open" there. It will just freeze on the first screen if I try to open it normally, by clicking on the icon on the home screen. Edit: the wonky startup has been fixed. 5 stars!!
