I loved the original. However, this was complete disappointment. Some missions are outright broken at times and will not "finish", leaving you with wasted investments of time watching ads to pay for. The amount of ads overall are atrocious, some blocking me from starting the game so I close the app and do not get refunded for the mission I tried to start. If you want to actually play, expect to pay, and even still, don't expect to go far. The one time you "win", the game will keep going forever.

Kind of unplayable. Can't collect the bio things because tapping on the notification on the lower right does nothing, neither does holding down on it. Plus the activated touch area that gets 'highlighted' is above my finger instead of under my finger. So there's no way to play at all. Life and death tutorial had these bugs. Looks like a cool game but impossible to play. Please fix it. Galaxy s22. Anxdouf 14.

Just started playing this game. It seems really fun, I'm enjoying it! The mental work you have to do to treat patients (or kill them) is provoking, and I personally have fun working with the statistics of treating patients. The only problem is, I'm experiencing a bug when starting the death tutorial that completely crashes my device upon starting and entering its loading screen. A fix would be greatly appreciated :)

The game is fun but I have a few issues with it. 1: You are gated by the energy mechanic to force you to watch ads if you want to play more than a few times in 1 sitting. 2: There is an annoying bug that sometimes doesn't count your games giving you no rewards like you never did it. 3: Collecting bio points is needlessly difficult because you have to press and hold the screen making you block your vision instead of just tapping like the previous Bio.

I wasn't a big fan of the standard plague/bio inc. style games. the kind that are based on "oh, let's see how evil you can be by killing people!" it just felt a bit boring. so when I found that there was a new version of bio inc. all about saving people, that sounded super fun! you guys always put a lot of real-world logic and medical accuracy in your games, so I was super excited to try it! gotta say, it didn't really disappoint!

This is an excellent game, educational as well :) but the price of the skills double when you set them to play. I.e. if you spend 700 coins in skills, that's 1400 in coins. When I'm selecting the skills the money is taken away. Then when I start the game, the total coins I used for skills is again taken away. Idk if it's suppose to simulate something, but that's something I do not understand.

Game could be great if the developers weren't so greedy. I know the game is free to play but if you're going to progress in this game for free, you're going to have to watch a LOT of ads. And when you do, the rewards are based on a wheel which you get to "spin". It's coded to purposely slow down on the smaller rewards while speeding by the higher rewards. Gameplay is fun but there's no for bugs like data sync failing causing lost coins. Emailed 3 times and haven't got a reply in a week+

Great idea for a game and when it works, it's a ton of fun. But I can't believe how many bugs their are. The Death mode doesn't work for me at all because I can't close out of certain menus and on all modes it doesn't track my progress so it makes me play certain missions 2-3 times. Just wait to get this game until it's actually ready for play and out of this beta stage.
