I'm not happy with this latest update. 1. It freezes a lot. 2. In the past 5 days I have updated the app 3 times because in the middle of watching, it freezes and brings up the message to update, but nothing changes. Oh, and every update deletes all my s. 3. Catchup episodes are sorted in an ascending order. Having to scroll down all 259 episodes just to get to the one you want is not on. The previous one was working just fine. Latest episodes on top. 4. Streaming doesn't update watched

All my previous issues with the app have been resolved. The app has been meeting up to expectation until Friday, which was 2 days ago. When one opens the app, it shows NO CONTENT AVAILABLE. I've updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, and ed the app on another device, still the same. My cousin also has the same complaint. She can only watch through Web on her laptop. FIX THIS ASAP PLS!!

One of the most useless apps on my phone, next to the "my dstv app". For almost a year, I've not been able to access dstv stream app on my phone. I've updated, deleted, ed again, ed their customer care, all to no avail. With the amount of money dstv is extorting from us, we shouldn't be going through all these stress with them..... VERY USELESS AND ANNOYING!!!!!

The app used to work amazingly well but until the past few weeks I can't watch anything using the app no matter what time of the day and the strength of the Internet connection. I have 3 routers from 3 different data service providers and yet I can't watch anything because it's just a blank screen I will be looking at. My app is up to date, I have cleared the cache and my dstv subscription is very much active. Please fix the problem.

Not good! This app has always given me trouble, streaming isnt great and I often get kicked off while watching something. And now of late i havent been able to watch anything, i can access the library of content/shows but nothing plays when I select it, it just stays on a black screen. Is there a way i can fix this? This is meant to be a product but doesnt live up to the cost or reputation.

Slow, erratic, will kick you back to menu page frequently while watching live events. Update: Since they've updated the app, it's even worse. Try searching for the latest highlights of a football game. First you have to scroll from the first game of the season, then if you do find the current week of games, you still have to find the correct highlights package... sometimes it's the weekly review, sometimes it's a repeat of the full game, sometimes the game isn't on at all..

When watching live TV and wanting to change channels the app stops working. You have to switch the TV off and go back in each time you want to change channels. Re-installed the app and it was better for half a day and then started happening again. Uninstalled and signed out many times, set on lowest quality, do have stable connection and no issues on other Apps. Please assist!

i don't know who your developer's are but they are failing big time, this app always has a issue. you set a streaming quality but the next time you it has changed, you use the app two,three days then it automatically logs you out, you catch up on a series when the series goes to ad break it skips to the next episode. yoh hai this is tiring.
