I'm glad Eurostar exists. The service is great. But this app is mediocre at best. I've been using it for 2 years ish. Logs me out regularly and without warning. No way to show live delay info for a given booking. You have to repeatedly enter your enger details, it does not save them. For 3 days I couldn't my tickets or refresh bookings, just says "please try again, we're having problems". Had to reset all app data for it to work again.

This app has very little going for it. Booking works just ok, but nothing else works well or reliably, especially information on delays. You would think the small number of features would be manageable, but, sadly, no! Edit [June 2024]: neither the app nor the website show a delay for a train that is around 15 minutes behind schedule. How can something so simple be done (or not done, I guess) so poorly? July 2024: New month, same awful app.

This app is a disaster. You now cannot book in the app with PayPal, because when you confirm logging in from the PayPal app the Eurostar app refreshes from the beginning and discards your reservation. Same with getting a to to PayPal, or Indeed any other form of payment. So, in short, useless. And for some reason it corrects your phone number to match your starting station, so that you get a new country code and weird versions.

decent app for tickets and overview. why on earth though can't I change my booking in the app. no it opens this ridiculous chat bot nobody asked for that then sends me to a webpage for me to again. why install the app if I'd be doing anything relevant on the website anyway... please devs add the native ability in the app to change my trip.

Severe, unacceptable shortcomings: Canceled trains are not shown as canceled in the app. data has to be filled out manually after every booking otherwise no notifications are received whatsoever.

Well, the website was reasonably smooth, but I had to go over the app to put in my Eurostar hip number twice. Nevertheless, the Eurostar site is very good and it's also great that I can change the time of my train on the same date, as long as the starting point and destination are the same.

Spent two hours without being able to purchase a ticket, a problem solved immediately when I tried the Eurostar website. Do not push your app on people if you can't run it properly!
