Every update of this app makes the functionality worse. Still can't zoom in and out easily. Well, you can zoom in but it's a helluva job to zoom out again. We have now lost the markers for stops when looking at a whole trip but retain all the events which just clutter the screen with their giant useless icons. The red line marking the journey is too thick and you loose finer detail of a driver journey unless you zoom in but see above re: problems with that! Get back your old app developers!

Very slow. When the app is dormant for a few minutes and I open up the app again to load a live map it doesn't want to load and sits there trying to refresh. Only way I can view my vehicles again is to close the app then open it up again. A long process when you're doing it every time you wish to view the location of your vehicles. If this isn't fixed once my contract is over I'll be looking for a more convenient tracker.

Very amateurish build in so many ways. It is actually that bad that it is easier from a mobile devise to open and to the website and work from there. Stuff being copied to the clipboard and pasted on every , no way to close it, then next time you open it, you have to log out first and then again to actually get some data. Sometimes it stops refreshing after 20sec (log out/in again) or it will work for 5 mins...useless

When I open the app why do I have to with name and every time? Why does it take 5 button presses just to get to the tracker map? Surely this is the most used feature and the app should default to the map? When I'm looking at the map. And navigate to a different page, why does the zoom reset when I navigate back again? All very irritating things.

0 stars, the worst trackers i ever used and the app is worse! Doesn't load the map half the time, won't show trip history on one vehicle and takes ages to load if it loads at all, A word of advice for anyone looking to get a tracking system do not go near this it is beyond useless

Hello. I used the UK Fuels Radius Velocity services. I was reluctant to use them, but they called me and promised to remove all fees, so I would only pay for the fuel. I agreed, renewed our cooperation, and after a few weeks, they came up with a scheme that resulted in my direct debit being cancelled and me being charged £50 twice.
