What a joke..I open the app and sign in and what does it do? Opens in browser. What's the point of an app if it's only a shortcut to your browser page? You can just put a browser shortcut page to your desktop and delete the app. Update : I spoke to customer service who informed me that the apps are intended for companies. For individuals who purchased it you have to go to the webpage and scroll past the business to the individual part. 😑 customer service was truely not helpful.

The developer thought it was a good idea to name this app "Providers & ID Card", so if you install it and can't find it on your phone, search for that instead. The app makes it hard for people to use a manager to (focus is automatically lost on the fields). After manually searching for the app and putting my in, my is locked out and I don't know how to unlock it. The website isn't working and their phone just hangs up.

This app is clunky, not -friendly or intuitive (even if that term is subjective) it feels like it was designed for use only by someone who works for Guardian and understands specific details that only they are privy to. The ID card does not even provide the information needed to use the app, and it's difficult to find on the website. Whichever executive approved the budget for this clearly does not know what it takes to build an app.

App is pointless anymore. It just pushes you to the website. Not sure what you did to the app but I might as well remove it from my phone. It's useless

It doesn't work. We do logging, and anything we touch, doesn't load information. We need to go via browser.

I can't even see my credentials. It just keeps telling me to use the web browser. We'll there's a reason I got the app, so I didn't have to use the web browser. I wish I could use the app. Very disappointed.

Terrible. No functionality. Always crashes on opening.

easy to navigate m, wish they offered a digital insurance card instead of a physical one.
