The game constantly resets the 3 day additional worlds constantly deleting all my progress while never returning any coins or diamonds I spend on progress. And I have never received a response from customer service at any time. Fun game when it works right, but absolutely no customer service whatsoever. If customer service was improved or if issues were corrected then so would my rating.

Going nowhere fast. I open the game, click on a task and it tells me I need to do XYZ first. So I go where it says and basically in circles. I keep thinking if I wait and come back, something will become available for me to do but I've been stuck for two days now. Strongly suggest to the developers for faster progress or clearer instructions, also the mini game where you trace the shape is impossible

I loved this game! It was a bit simple and repetitive st times but it was relaxing and fun. I ended up actually buying several of the in app purchases and spending time setting it all up to my liking. Then one day I got a pop up message "a higher level version of the game has been found please " or something. I tried to ignore it but it did it anyway. Long story short I lost everything, all the work I had done and all the stuff I paid for gone. No response from either.

Love the game, but the 9ish 10 ish no more energy thing is a killer. I'm a late night person, not early morning, so I miss the morning refills and be uo all night with no refills. They should adjust it to have a limit of times vs a time it shuts off. Also, I have watched ads, and my rewards or special items just disappear. But all in all, um addicted to the game. Just those fewneed improvements.

I love this game, and have been playing for quite a while, but recently every time I try to open the app, the loading bar says "Update Static Version". I've checked the play store multiple times, and it hasn't shown any updates. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it let me play, but then when I closed the app and tried to get back on, it went back to not wanting to open. Would love to continue, but the game's currently unplayable. Otherwise, a great way to kill time.

I have spent many hours and money playing this game. After an in-app purchase, a pop-up appeared to collect my reward. It froze the game. Tried reinstalling it. When prompted to restore saved game, another malfunction. I have lost my original game. I have emailed several times to get no reply. All I wanted was for my original game to be reloaded. Now, I have lost the time to finish the timed quests I was working on when I made the purchase to begin with. I will not start over.

UPDATE: Some things that come as you get higher in levels do make the gameplay more enjoyable and worthwhile, ie, the summer vacation event currently ongoing, and likely others, past and future: first of all, I LOVE the warm, summer themed event. I hate all the winter events in other games while I'm already freezing my arse off, and they make me so sick of seeing snow, and I don't live where it snows, so can't imagine how insufferable it must be for other people, so kudos to this game for that.

Visually this game is great. But takes forever to make a tree and you can only harvest twice before the tree dies. Merging 3 coins just gets you a bigger coin worth 3. Merging 5 gets you 2 coins worth 3. Thus merging 5 is really a necessity to make the game worth it. This happens on a lot of items. So many merges required for some items, and takes forever. I love the story and the visuals are fun and colorful. Just depends on how you feel about repetative/progressive build games.
