I've played the game though one time. Most of it in the highest difficulty level available (veteran). I really want to love this game. It has tiny storyline. It is an action and micromanagement based RTS-Game, which I like. But it has some draw backs: new heroes choice's cost at least as much as the game itself. And there is a currency. I don't buy a game to see micro/macro transactions after that. So sorry dear developers each of this up selling does cost you one star.

Absolutely loving this game - and I don't say that often (mostly because I don't review things here often). The gameplay is great and easy to follow. The story is.. a little all over the place it feels, but still makes sense. And the levels thus far are challenging at times, but not impossible. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is because the font can be a little small at times.

The studios made an amazing game. The different story and the fakt that you can move your troops on the whole map is very amazing. The design of the game is very intresting and I would like to know who has the idea for the look of the enimies. Of cause the insiders exist. Sometimes the handling of the troops is difficult, but in case of the loveable story, I gave this game 5 stars.

I like the art style. Also there's a proper skill tree and stuff. But I can't get over the fact that it's way too hard. Maybe I just suck at this game but I'm already stuck in the first few levels on normal. I will continue to play on easy mode but always with the feeling that I can't do any better. Sad. Edit: I tried on easy and still failed. So I guess have to spend real money or grind for 300+ hours.

Just finished every challeng in this game, & I have to say, it's perfect! Not too hard, not too easy, makes you think & use different strategies, while also making you take actions along each level. You can do it without paying any money & also it's ad free, srsly, what els could you desire?!

Really enjoy it. It should have had more missions. Or at least a skirmish vs A.I. I got through in one go. Most of the special missions also on hardest. It's not difficult. Very nice nostalgic theme. Just wanted more base building with more units on screen like the RTS it references. It's a very interesting well done game. It's a tad finicky with touch, it it's mostly my lazy fingers. The defense missions and base vs base missions are my favorites. I'd just really like a free play mode.

Very underrated RTS game. If you are still having any doubts whether to play this one or not, then this review should clear it all up for you. This game is extremely good, for a f2p game. It's not pay 2 win and most importantly it's not expensive at all just to progress. Paying for heroes is entirely optional, you can definitely complete the entire game for free.

I love this game. It is simple, exciting, and full of new challenges that test your team organizational skills, tactics, and timing to the limit. Months later, still love it. It is full of great content. I only wish Iron Marines 2 could live up to the same standard, but unfortunately, the characters and storyline aren't as good.
