I’ve been using the MoveInSync app for a few days now, and I can’t recommend it enough! The interface is -friendly, making it easy to schedule rides and track my transportation in real time. There are a few suggestions which if done will make the app more friendly: 1. If the cab arrangement is irrespective of number of bookings, and the same (approx ~20 seater) traveller comes everyday, then probably the feature of booking the cab atleast a week before can be eliminated. 2. Since the is same everytime, the and conditions can be agreed and accepted at the first . It is annoying when it pops up twice every single time the app is opened.

App is having good interface and had lots of improvements in past months. But a sad part is there is no option to communicate with driver from employee side. We need either call or chat option for the assigned cab. So that we can guide him address. If drivern taken wrong route we can check him using the track and call option This connection option will really help drivers and employees who are going to on board the cab. Please check on this

After the recent update, Whenever I try to for checking the cab details the text box entering the otp doesn't appear. Instead I get a error stating "Empty response body". Also I heard most of my colleagues are getting this error. As workaround, we had to clear the data of the app every we . Which is a unnecessary waste of time. Kindly fix this above issue.

This app keeps forcing you to turn on location every single time you open. I don't want to give location permission. It doesn't matter in my situation. I can't even sign in using the QR code without letting it access the location. Have to restart app 3 times before it recognised the QR code That's absurd. The calendar on the booking page is so tiny, can barely read the numbers. The current week should be in bold or different color. App is laggy and buggy most of the times.

They have Good, on time, reliable service with good cabs. The cars are clean and new. The app has good Safety features like Marshall allocated with female employees. If you add other people in cab OTP comes to them too. They have good drivers. I use the app for airport transfers as I find this service reliable, safe and always on time. I have tried the daily cab service also. Did not like it much due to lack of door to door service. Nodal points are not flexible, almost 300-400 m away.

App is very good designed.but having below issues: 1. why phone number of driver says incorrect always. this need to be corrected. 2. when I will try to book cab from here, some time it wont work. whereas with laptop I am able to book it. It say press + button, but did not find any + button

I can't book a ride, and you don't even send an alert that you are responding through my work email. There should be a way to reach you asap. I can not cancel my booking. The option should still be available. There are chance engers anyway, so why not have that option .
