The MyNISSAN App is designed to help you get the most out of your vehicle and overall ownership experience. It brings remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features from your Nissan to your compatible Android phone or Wear OS.
The MyNISSAN App is available for use by all Nissan owners, though the experience has been optimized for vehicles 2014 and later. The complete MyNISSAN experience is available for owners with an active NissanConnect® Services package, on select models 2018 and newer.* For a complete list of available features for your specific vehicle, visit owners.nissanusa.com
The following MyNISSAN features are available to all Nissan owners and vehicles:
• Manage your Nissan and preferences
• Make a service appointment with your preferred dealer****
• Receive notifications for applicable vehicle recalls or service campaigns
• View your vehicle’s service history and maintenance schedule
• Connect to Roadside Assistance
With a compatible vehicle, you can:
• Remotely start and stop your vehicle**, lock and unlock vehicle doors, and activate horn and lights
• Search for, save and send points of interest to your vehicle
• Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, remaining fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)
• Locate your vehicle
• Keep tabs on your vehicle with customizable boundary, speed and curfew alerts***
Vehicle trims with Google built-in** have additional accessibility, including:
• Remote vehicle climate adjustment
• Remote engine start
• Receive notifications if you’ve left your vehicle with doors unlocked, windows cracked, and more
• Connect with your automotive repair shop to receive real-time updates
• Simplify your trip with data-based route planning
• Receive alerts ahead of time if vehicle maintenance is coming due

Recently the app has stopped allowing me to with my fingerprint (not that my fingerprint doesn't work, but rather the app no longer even allows the option). This is a huge inconvenience as it requires that I either type my in every use, or that I remain logged in (making it less secure). This is enough of a pain, that I am rating an app 1 star that would otherwise have gotten 4-5. I would love it if someone would reach out to me to inform me if this is a bug, or is intentional.

App does not work reliably with the vehicle. Important data like tire pressure or fuel remaining is often inaccurate. Sometimes a "refresh" within the app fixes it, sometimes no. remote start works around 2 out of every 3 tries so I don't bother trying any more. Have tried fixing with Nissan numerous times and nope.

I was really liking this app, I could pull phone out of my pocket hit the app then logon with my fingerprint. Which is nice when your hands are full. Then unlock doors or whatever else you need. Now the app doesnt offer this feature?.....Update I ed which was a pain, and was told they took this feature out. Why wouldn't you save me the trouble? That was one of the best features, not having to type your information in to access the app

Zero stars would be more appropriate here. This app is problematic and goes off line way too often. (Usually for days at a time.) Of all the vehicle apps I've had over the years this one is by far the worst. When the app does come online it's usually lacking vehicle information that would normally be available if the app worked correctly. After 5 months I have yet to receive a vehicle health report. This app should be scraped and they should start over.

My app recently started showing an EPS (electic power steering) Mil Warning. There was nothing on the dash indicating an issue. Took it in to my dealer and was told there's no issue with my 2024 Rogue Platinum. They said they've seen this several times lately. I installed the latest app just now, and it still shows the warning on the app. How can this be removed? I also un-installed and re-installed, and the Warning is still there.

This app doesn't show the most current data when launched. You have to navigate to each tab for it to refresh while the main screen continues showing stale data (e.g., "charging" and state of charge at 83%, three days since the car was last charged and having driven several times in between, with the car showing below 50%). Nissan reached out for , which I provided and there was no followup while the app continues being buggy over 6 months later. Buy a Tesla instead and avoid Nissan.

Quite, comfortable EV with all the bells and whistles, such as the Pro-Pilot which will navigate for you, Adaptive Cruise, Sun Roof/Moon Roof and pre-set settings for your seats, etc. We typically get 300+ miles per charge. But better state of the art charging stations are needed.

The app simply does not work for me at all. ed numerous times and nothing. The said they would conduct an investigation a few days ago and get back with me the next day and 3 days later I have not heard back. Brand new truck that I love but it is sad I can't enjoy the features of the app. Maybe nissan needs to overhaul the app?
