Brilliant but possibly a bit pricey. Recently asked to step in to cover some holiday work. This was the first reasonable app that found on the spot. Found it worked for me. Hardest thing was finding my way around the app. Found the tutorials sufficiently easy to follow. Currently on day 5 of my free 7 days and have cancelled my subscription for £92.99 in a few days. If I was working week in week out then I would have no hesitation in setting up a monthly subscription. Had up to 33 drops.

I had to get used to using this app vs. creating my own route, but as my route grew from 15 to 30+ customers, I starting using Road Warrior. Now, with 60+ customers, it's definitely saving me time and allows me to save my brain for other things. I just add new customer addresses when they arrive and click "optimize" and it inserts that customer and rearranges the route in a smart way within seconds. I'm glad we purchased this. It's worth it!

I'm finding the subscription cost to be quite high. While I agree the app works very well, I'm not sure the value aligns with the price point for me. Considering the scope of the application, the current subscription fee seems unrealistic.

I find that the voice giving instructions is very often too late and I have ed the destination. Sometimes the route chosen is not the most direct. The voice can be slow to give directions. Appears to be confused. I like the solid line showing the route. I just don't get why the dotted line comes up representing the route. May/24. I canceled. For the money, working 50% of the time is unacceptable. Attempts to correct issues failed. The app would decide on its own to malfunction half way.

Great little app only completely ruined by their imposing an annual subscription after a short free trial. I intended to subscribe during the peak Christmas season, i.e on a monthly basis, and then cancel until next year. Whether or not I missed the small print, taking in excess of £90 without notification is not acceptable. I'll use this until it's done but I'll NEVER subscribe again..........

It changes almost every address. The navigate button to make it work is hidden near the bottom of a submenu. After watching help videos and 4 s with , I still can't get it to route more than one address at a time. The address search shows 1 line and almost none of the second line. VERY bad design as it just doesn't work intuitively and it's hard to get it to work like waze or maps. I give up.

I have two issues that hold this back from better. The first is the pins often don't drop in the correct location. Usually they aren't to off, but I had to backtrack everyday due to wrong pin drops before I saved favorites for a lot of the regular locations. My second issue is the routing optimization. There isn't a lot of useful customization in my opinion. You cannot select anything for prioritizing delivery to the right side of the road, and manually adjusting the order of stops is tedious.

I like the versatility this app provides for planning routes. It takes time to become proficient, but it's easy enough to fumble through and create an intelligent route. The free version is good enough for an auto parts delivery person but doesn't offer enough stops for a larger delivery company, like FedEx or UPS. The pro version allows for more stops, more options, and is very reasonable.
