The first beach level is great. The second level...not so much. All the hard-worked money you collect from the first beach level does not follow you to the second level. You basically start from scratch again. And of course everything in sleepless city is 10x more expensive. I basically don't play anymore. Just come 1 day to collect $400 rent and then try to upgrade dissatisfied renters room when an upgrade costs $57,000. Don't know how much more "fun" I can take before finding something else.

5 stars for sure. The game is d correctly. It's cozy and you progress fast enough. I'm a fan of the art style too, although I'd spend money if the ad free purchase + the offline bonus was just a one time thing and not a subscription based thing. Aside from that, you don't need to buy anything with real money to enjoy yourself. Would recommend 🖤

Cute game with cute upgrades. The ads are really the only way to progress the game because items become expensive fast. The events are fun, but need more prizes for how long they last. Some of the items you can buy have funny messages below them and some of the renters have funny stories. Really though, I just enjoyed upgrading items to make them cute and decorate rooms.

I really, really, like the game but trying to save up money to upgrade the apartments, buying buildings, and other stuff takes to long and alot of money! I've spent a Hella lot of money already on the game and it's gone fast! The game should have another way to earn money. I have the no ads and it doubles but like I said before it goes fast! You have to not play for 2 days just to have extra money while not playing! I think I have to play another game for awhile until the money builds up!

Some of the ads programmed into the game crash the app or send you to the app store without clicking anything, which resets the whole application and you lose the reward even after completing the ad. It's annoying and discouraging me from wanting to play at all. Game progression can also be infuriating slow between certain levels, with very little gameplay besides opening the app to collect rent and then leaving.

I didn't play much as the NPC tutorial assistant was forceful and annoying. It requires a Facebook for cloud save. The helper NPC is way too intrusive and assumes the player has never played a game of this style. Further, it forces you to do actions, even if you already have a plan of strategy. If the game ever gets Google Play save , and the tutorial gets a skip option, I may revisit it.

New review: I love this game so much- it's the perfect way to the time, and the constant goals they give you keep me from getting bored quickly. It's also a super cute art style! I also love that they don't force ads down your throat every 5 minutes; the only time you have to watch an add is if you wanna speed something up but you could also pay a small amount of money and have them completely removed for a whole month. They also fixed the issues with purches I was having, 5 stars!

The best thing about the game is the style. Otherwise it just falls short, in the adds and in pictures it looks like you can customize things, and do so much more. Everything is just upgrades and unlocks with the rent money. There's a lot of idle time to do nothing while trying to wait for more money. All the upgrades have a cap, you don't customize anything, you barely do anything. Feels like an idle game that needs attention sometimes. The only "customized" part is picking tenants.
