For a time, I've been enjoying this app. Though not perfect, the fact I can also sync from the web is convenient for me. Not to mention being able to keep the files organized. Sadly, yesterday, I started experiencing issues. I am unable to open the app on my phone (screen is blank). I uninstalled and reinstalled, and up until now, I cannot . I tried doing it via web and the somnote app was too slow! Like I can't even access anything at all without it freezing! What to do??? Update

I'm only giving 3 stars because I haven't really tested it yet. I have a suggestion though. I would appreciate it if my notetaking app was more snappy and quick. Could you remove the slide transition thing when moving to a new screen? Or at least make a setting for it? I want transitioning to different screens to be close to instant.

Application won't sync (phone and pc), when I from phone, it refused to be back. Love this app, just hate it when it's acting out like these days. Edit: Everything works perfectly like usual now, I changed my review. Another Edit: the bad side of Somnote is, when they're down, it can be days or weeks. Definitely bad. Find another app, before you get too depended on me like me.

I use to rely on this app to write and save my manuscripts for like 6 years, but after the recent update every time I want to open a note it always returns to the home page, it takes several tries before finally works. And sometimes when I'm writing, I suddenly go back to the home page again, causing the notes I've previously written dissapear and I have to rewrite them from the beginning. Can you imagine how mad I am? Also the synchronization is not working. That sucks and dissapointing

Works for what I need, but one issue that hasn't been fixed in a long time is incorrect font information. If you try to type a forward slash, \ it will display it as a strikethrough capital W. Update 10-18-24: Developer resolved that issue awhile back, but didn't update this till now. The developer has now made this app unusable now unless you agree it can make calls and sell your phone and information to rs, or you can't see the notes you made.

The app is friendly and helps focus on what you wrote rather then big ad distraction, minor ad runs very tiny on a side that you could easily stay away if intended. I love this app to track my day trading notes and any other notes I need to and work on. Another great feature is that yiy can attach files to the notes and save together. I am just loving this app even more. Akbar

Very nice and helpful app. Allows safe keeping of your important info with security. Only one hurdle that one can lock only one folder. Please make possible to lock more folders.

UPDATE: AFTER THE LAST UPDATE I CANNOT I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS PLEASE. I ALWAYS RETURNS A "NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR" WHEN THERE IS LITERALLY NONE. I WILL PUT MY REVIEW BACK TO 5 STARS IF FIXED . BUT HONESTLY I HAVE AN ENTIRE ALBUM OF LYRICS IN THERE THAT I DESPERATELY NEED AND IM VERY UPSET RN. PLEASE FIX THIS ONCE GREAT APP. used for years for notes and my songs. i literally have used it to save all my lyrics for years thanks somnote
