The new myPhonak comes with improved functionality and a new design to make your hearing experience as seamless and as tailored to your needs as possible. myPhonak provides you access to enhanced hearing controls and personalization options for your Phonak hearing aid(s) in addition to tracking your health data*.

The Remote Control enables you to easily make changes to your hearing aid(s) to suit your personal preferences for various listening situations. You can easily adjust the volume and various hearing aid features (e.g., noise reduction and microphone directionality) or select pre-defined programs according to the different listening situation you are in. Additionally, you can make quick adjustments to the pitch of the sound in the equalizer by using the presets (default, comfort, clarity, softer, etc.) or more personalized adjustments using the sliders (bass, middle, treble).

The Remote allows you to meet with your hearing care professional through a live video call and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely. (by appointment)

Numerous functions are available within the Health section such as Steps* and Wearing time*, including Optional goal setting*, Activity levels*, Heart rate tracking**, Distance walked and ran***.

With the most recent update for this app, my hearing aid (right only) will no longer connect as it should like it did I the past. In the past it was very easy to connect use and adjust to my environment to focus on the conversation I was engaged with verses the outside noise. Now I can't do that. This most recent update hasn't fixed a dang thing. It has made life even more inconvenient. It's hard enough not being able to hear and lip read. Now I am even more at a disadvantage.

Overall the app works. However, it always defaults to "Automatic". Automatic sounds awful to me and I must then change it back to my custom program. Please let me set which program I want to use as the default. Every hearing aid is customized so let me pick the custom program that I want and not your "Automatic" program. Let me know if this is something that you are considering.

Overall it's not a bad app as far as performance goes. The only thing that is bothering me is that at times the app will automatically go to the Bluetooth streaming + mic when I want it to be on automatic. It's annoying because it jumps back and forth between automatic and Bluetooth streaming + mic and I can tell a difference it does. Please fix!

This would be an ok app but I get a few seconds of static/white noise over my new hearing aids whenever I do anything with any of the other apps on my phone. Sounds like an old steam radiator. Can't find any way to get rid of it other than turn off Bluetooth, which defeats the purpose of having the app in the first place, as well as disconnecting my other Bluetooth items. This is with an Android phone, which Phonacs are supposed to be more compatible with than other brands.

I recently bought the audeo infineo sphere i90 for both ears. I've been looking for hearing aids to help my loss of hearing for 40 years!!! These hearing aids are fantastic truly a game changer and worth the money, however the app is rubbish. Certain functions don't work and the app itself needs to be more stable. Whoever Phonak uses to develop the app needs a good kicking because they are letting down the best hearing aids on the market.

ed the app. Created . My app is nothing like what you show the app page. Only the left hearing aids shows up No cros Nothing like your app page No volume control 1.19.24. Update Cannot save settings. Every time I leave the app settings, revert back something else. When I use bluetooth, volume changes drastically . Every time I leave appthe settings change. ????

I'm having trouble with static, BUT, it was startling to be able to hear all the things around me. I thoroughly enjoy the blue tooth connectivity with my devices. it is a wonderful experience overall and customer has been honest, forthcoming, available, vulnerable, and personable on a professional level that should be strived for.

So, new year, new problems. I purchased the Sphere Infinios. I'm very excited for these, but I had (foolishly) assumed I could just switch between my Marvel Virto M90s and my Sphere Infinio I90s. The fact that I have to "forget" and re-pair devices when I switch is dumb and inconvenient. Please give me the option to switch between which device I use. I like my in-the-canal aids for physical activity and want to be able to quickly swap to Infinios for meetings, restaurants, etc.
