I find this app useful enough to help me track my issues and help stop them. Only thing that peeves me off is the sometimes they ask you to get a 40 dollar subscription for something that would help your health more. Like I bet a handful of people(me being one of that handful) would rather off themselves than pay that much just to have a tiny feature that'll help me more supposedly. Like, what if I have multiple problems I need to track but I can only put down two?

Using the free version right now, will likely subscribe. I've been using it for just over a week. Mostly easy to use interface, great great great community. I was not thinking I would enjoy it this much! I look forward to opening it up every time. Only downside is how much time it keeps me on my phone (because I love it so much). 🤷🏻‍♀️ If you are looking for a sober app with a beautiful group of non judgemental, ive people, this is for you. Whether it's your first try or your 50th.

I really like the inspirational quotes, but the Buddha and Ghandi quotes today were weird; they had nothing to do with establishing good habits. And even though the notification sound is turned on, there's no sound. Otherwise, the app is sleek, allows you to journal in response to a choice of prompts, but I'm not sure it's worth $40 a year.

this app has helped me a lot through my sh addiction, and this can help with lots of addictions but at least with the sh addiction it has motivational quote, and it also lets you give a review on the day you get to pick if it was a hard, easy, or middle kind of day. I highly recommend this app if you are trying to stop / recover from an addiction. I hope this helps

I like it a lot. It is NOT FREE though like the description says. Only issue is (and I guess this is a good thing) is that I wish more people used it or there was a better way to groups. There's isn't much in of from others. It's great for solo use and those who don't really want to make this to a group sorta thing. I created a group and no one talks in it lol. Like the people I see actually communicating on it are the same 2 people

It's a good app, I like the ability to make notes on each day. The format makes the info easy to read My only complaint is that it doesn't allow you to move between devices and keep all your info. I used this app for years to track my progress and I don't want to lose all that info just because my phone broke and now I've lost years of tracking because I don't pay . And I also wish the free version would allow the to track more than 2 addictions.

This is an updated review after using this app for a few months. Mostly a great, useful app, but the fact that there is no way to have private conversations is a HUGE drawback, in my opinion. While there is a good deal of ive toys in the app, there is no way to reach out to a person when in crisis. Being able to connect directly with others is the key to staying sober, but the devs have so far refused to add this feature. This is really only good for tracking your habits.

I've been using this app for years, this app has gone DOWNhill. The moderation system is a mess and it's so strict it's super hard to post ANYTHING. And it's not like it tells you exactly what the issue is, so deleting parts bit by bit and it appears you just can't say anything. Edit: Yeah, you added more moderation and just like most apps that try to "crack down!" on their s, instead of fixing issues or creating a decent system in of usability, you make the app borderline useless.
