My taxi application is so stupid when you need it most. It was not booking for long time and all of a sudden booked two cars. It works ok at less busy times but fails on rush hours. Definitely needs improvements on its resource base of hardware and software on an urgent basis

Life saver in Tashkent. No need to haggle with taxi drivers anymore. Taxi availability is amazing and drivers are very professional. Most of them don't understand English but words like location and navigation does the trick. We took nearly 40 rides through this app and only once we were disappointed... otherwise worked like a charm. Good interface as well.

Dear MyTaxi, kindly ask you to stop spamming me with your nonsense promos. I don't need push notifications, I need an app that works, I need a driver who drives. I expect that. Not spam. And no, I can't just disable notifications. I still need to get notified when driver arrives / car's found / order is ( cancelled / accepted ). And btw, you've got issues with those. You sometimes fail to send them, but marketing ones go through well.

I love the service that you guys provide, drivers are usually friendly too. But I think you need to hire a new UI designer, because the current look is just plain awful. Please improve the map view during the ride - I want to know when exactly I'll be at my destination and what is the predicted path; it's 2022 and this app still doesn't have a dark mode - please have a mercy on my eyes; it would be great to have an ability to call a multiple rides simultaneously; oh, and remove the social links

The taxi app is an absolute disaster. It crashes constantly, making it impossible to even open the app without frustration. When it miraculously stays open, the functionality is a nightmare – attempting to order a taxi is an exercise in futility. The map feature is laughable; good luck getting it to load correctly. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this app. I uninstalled it faster than you can say "terrible experience." I wouldn't wish this app on my worst enemy.

Good service. Horrible app. It lags, crashes, sometimes fails displaying finding the ride both in app and in the background, and displays expenses incorrectly. It is so bad it hurts the experience from the service.

The app is working slow and shows no connection when the internet is working fine. No option to add another ride, this is very useful.
