Works well with the watch, but it's basically a big upsell. "Today's missions" can't be turned off and take up all the screen space - basically a massive ment. I need to scroll through the page to see what's important to me; the actual measurements. Until I get the option to turn off a thing but the measurements display, I'll keep this rating.

I love the watch and used to love the app. A few months back though, the app updated and now to get GPS tracking you have to trigger the workout from your watch and then open the app on your phone, otherwise it won't record your GPS track. That's a huge pain when you're trying to run. I'm told downgrading to the old version of the app fixes the problem, so Withings' answer of "oh this is a problem with Android" is likely a cop-out, which is disappointing.

Works just okay; it would be really nice if GPS for Scanwatch 2 was better as it seems to not fully engage location services, meaning that mapping of hikes / runs isn't accurate unless you keep your phone in-hand with the app open at all times. Also, it would be great if Withings would finally Android Material You. It's the only app on my homescreen that doesn't it, and Material You has been a standard Android feature for more than 2 years (beginning with Android 12).

The variety of things this device and related algorithms can estimate is quite amazing. However, the interaction with the data in the app is quite limited - and shows very limited views on it. Things like snapping scrolling and fit functions that change by choice of app, not the , take away the potential to get a lot out of the app. Oh and the app often crashes.

Scale keeps disconnecting from wifi/bluetooth. Have to keep telling my phone to forget it and reconnecting it. Pregnancy mode is supposed to be available (selling feature) but it's been discontinued. Supposedly made available for existing s but it's not an option for many of us. Wish the experience were better for the cost.

I used this app in conjunction with my body scale everyday for the last couple of years. A couple of days ago I realized my scale had not been sinking my data to the app. I attempted to connect them again but no good. I reset the scale and that did not help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that did nothing. I verified that I'm on a 2.4 Wi-Fi and that my phone sees the scale, but it fails every attempt to connect. The link provided in the reply below throws a 404 error and goes nowhere

I have the Body Smart scale (I don't recommend it). The app works. But it's not useful. There aren't any helpful insights into the data recorded. The "gaining weight" trend text when I gain 0.5lbs is really terrible. I've stopped opening the app because it's just a negative experience. Plus, the body composition doesn't work. It's never changed and is a ridiculous reading. If there were more information about these readings then maybe it would make sense.

Will only randomly sync. I constantly have to uninstall & reinstall the app and reset the scale to get data to sync. This is beyond frustrating. 30-45 minutes every other day to retrieve data from the scale. This seems to be a known and yet unresolved issue. You'd be better off just buying a scale from a different company. It's useless If you want to do anything beyond temporarily seeing your weight.
