Very bad travel booking experience with this app, it doesn't gets updated accurately and bus has been cancelled without any advance intimation for us to check alternatives and there should have been an alternative bus which should be arranged if possible instead of cancelling on such a short notice. App level performance is too bad, has to either re- or re-install the app to get correct info which is the worst application experience.

Worst experience booking bus from yolo, first of all no proper tracking available on app . The staff in bus are rude and they turned off the phone when the bus was delayed. They are operating by their own convenience, never recommended to use this.

All the engers were dropped 500 MTRS before the drop location. When I refused to get down at the wrong drop location I was abused and manhandled by both the driver and conductor. My luggage was also thrown out of the bus without me getting down. When I tried taking the pictures of the bus dropping engers at the wrong drop point, I was pushed and manhandled by the conductor.

Worst experience with this app live tracking not working, and bus also not on time bad time punctuality so better see government buses good bye for this app and this bus, totally time waste

Worst experience ever I was trying to book a ticket form this app while I am paying money to book ticket that money added to yolo wallet and now it shows some error and they blocked my id now I can't book ticket and my money is gone

Frauds.. dont book any ticket using their website, payment deducted ticket not confirmed. Call centre lines continuously informs you to wait and disconnecting after sometimes..

worst Bus service ever in my life. At the last moment they cancelled the bus and the bus driver told me to book another bus and go ...very rude behaviour from the staff. The worst service don't book any bus from this company.
