With an active Audi connect (2) trial or subscription on eligible vehicles, you can access your vehicle's real-time information, and help keep abreast of your vehicle’s status (3), fuel level, estimated driving range, and lots more. Use your app to conveniently plan trips and send routes and destinations directly to your vehicle. Even climate control, as well as locking and unlocking your vehicle doors, can be operated via the app. (Depending on the model and the equipment packages of your Audi, availability of features and services may vary.)

You must on myAudi to use the Audi connect services. Certain services require the completion of a key contract for full access. The availability of services may vary, depending on the model and equipment of your Audi. The myAudi app is provided by the importer for the applicable market. Some functions depend on third-party providers and may not be available without restrictions at all times or in every country. We recommend a flat-rate high-speed data package to use our services – the applicable costs depend on your contract with the network operator. Buggy, slow, randomly won't connect (or takes minutes to connect. Why can't these cars connect to my home WiFi? I've got a router in the garage... Connecting to my car if parked somewhere in the middle of nowhere could be glitchy. I get that. But in a city? Or my own garage and driveway? Ugh. Disappointing. Update: My demo period ended in June. I have been unable to access any app based services. I've spent hours back and forth with Audi and no change. It's now December. Still can't purchase it

Overall an ok app. However many missed opportunities and lack of attention to detail. If an indicator light is on, it could offer a lot more explanation of what's needed vs telling me to look at the manual. Owner's manual link takes you to a website that requires full VIN? The app already knows it! Fine, let me copy and paste it every single time from some place secret and deeply buried in the app ( i think under technical details or something). Oh wait, I can't copy paste from that place!

Sadly, this app is unusable. I tried reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. The only thing I can access is the gallery. At some point, I could access the owners manual (the reason why I installed the app), but that icon just vanished. For a brief period, a new icon appeared where I could see how my car is equipped, but after a couple of days, it disappeared also. When I try to refresh the app, I keep getting an error message that says: data not updated server sent an invalid response.

Revised 2 Dec 24: improved a lot with the update. Easier to find stuff & more information. For their electric cars in particular it will see daily use. For the rest, less so. Great for setting the car up & customised for 5 different drivers. Useful to book a service and see service history. It can remotely lock/unlock doors & windows. For MY2021+ cars it can turn your phone into an ignition key but a stolen phone means a stolen car. The app has a built-in tracker but that's in the stolen car

The buy function isn't working to perform an update of expired licenses since a few months from Canada. There was no workaround provided, and all my attempts to someone were only answered by "try ing another service" or try the option every 2-3 days as at some point it will be fixed. Not really a stellar service for a full electric car.

I always dread updating this app. Constantly logs me out, both from the car and the app. Last time it took more than 2 months to finally again. Looses the home address, favorite stops, etc. Maps are not updated, can't imagine how accurate traffic conditions are. It's crazy that this is what you get as a customer.

As several others have pointed out, no way to renew subscription once your license expires because the app doesn't accept any payment methods. There doesn't even appear to be an option to renew or purchase a license on the website. Saying "we're aware of this issue and please keep trying once a week" is an unacceptable response when 6 month's later it still doesn't work. The canned responses to these reviews just adds insult to injury. Extremely disappointed!

While it's otherwise not been an awful experience, buying such an expensive car that's supposed to be able to remote start via this app, it only works once every 5 or 6 attempts, and that's truly disappointing. My car will start, then shut back off 10 seconds later, defeating the purpose.
