The newest update has ruined the game for me. I pay for the ad free version, but now there's an endless barage of pop ups to "buy this bundle", etc. It's b.s. because it's the same as ads. I can't do anything without clearing a pop up first. They got rid of ink & make you pay for everything with coins now all while earning less coins so you will buy some via all the pop ups. At the end of games it asks if you want to buy more time or other advantages, so the one who spends the most wins? Greed.

This game has gotten ridiculous. The boards are so hard now, you can barely score any points. I even had a board with no vowels at all, which I have a screenshot of. I wanted to screenshot the word list but the game went haywire before the wordlist came up. Seemed a little fishy to me. Also when I watch the videos for Team play, over half the time I'm not getting any credit at all. It may be time for me to move on from Ruzzle.

This was my favorite game since 2014 but the latest update to events is questionable. Before, watching one video gave you a free power up, now you much watch 4 videos to give you the same! When playing a tournament you can now select "extra words" so you get extra points for spending coins - no skill needed! Why bother playing if your opponent can spend coins to get a few hundred extra points? This should be removed, and you should only be allowed to use one power up at a time.

Updating my previous rating of three stars to just two stars. The most recent update has made the game so glitchy that I can't even hardly play it. When I drag my fingers across the screen it almost never gets the letters the first time, causing me wasted time. And the pop-up at the end asking if I want an extra 30 seconds for 100 coins is ridiculous. The whole idea of the game is to be good at the game, or at least it was. Now whoever is willing to spend the most money on a game gets to win 😡

Customer service is silly. Paid for coins and didn't receive them. I had to all but send a lock of hair just to be told to Google. Why waste my time? If I had of known it would have been that hard to get my 100 coins- yes, that is all that was missing and that Ruzzle felt like they couldn't issue even after seeing the receipt- I wouldn't have put in the energy. But hey, I like the game. Just won't be spending any more money here.

Ruzzle has become so ad-heavy that it locks up constantly. Incessant ads freeze multiple times while playing. I have 110MBPS speed, fairly new phone, NO issues with any other aspect of phone but Ruzzle. It used to be my favorite game. Now it is a chore to play, waiting for the ads to load or stop freezing. (I bought app on iPad but, even though I sign in to on phone, Ruzzle on phone doesn't believe I have paid. Do we have to pay for every device?)

I loved playing this game , it was so much fun playing against the clock and your opponent, but now everyone uses all the cheat sheets to jump ahead and with all the new interferences in the game , it's just not fun or worth it anymore. ( and I have the paid version ) I find it so silly that people have to cheat over a simple game beyond me. I can only imagine what they do in real life.

Paid for subscription and still getting the free app instead. I have reported this numerous times and it's never been addressed. Even more frustrating, when you watch an ad for the two bonus features, they will frequently revert back to a black screen that does not allow you to access your game. You also lose the free bonus for which you watched the ad for in the first place. The game itself is fun and relaxing. The opponent's are typically well matched.
